Meet our culinary genius, Chef Clemenza! A professionally trained chef who has always had a passion for food. As a high school student, he worked as a kitchen porter in a local restaurant and soon realized that he wanted to make cooking his life’s work. To pursue his passion for cooking, he enrolled in culinary school and studied culinary science

Chef Clemenza aims to make cooking fun for everyone, and he is always looking for ways to simplify recipes. He loves making people happy with good food and hopes to share his love of cooking with as many people as possible.

Besides cooking, he loves to spend time in his garden, growing fresh and organic ingredients for his kitchen adventures. 

Education

Chef Clemenza holds an associate degree in Culinary Science with a focus on culinary research and development. He spends most of his time cooking up new recipes and adding his unique flair to traditional dishes.

Experience

During his 7 years of professional journey, he has worked as a sous-chef and chef de cuisine in some of the famous restaurants in the country. Currently, he divides his time between running his small homestead and writing recipes for our blog.
